Master XC Ski Updates!

Did you know that Masters skiing starts at 30 years old? Yes, the Ontario and Canadian Masters XC Ski Association is open to anyone over 30, and we compete in 5-year age groups. We have a Points Loppet Series, that encompasses many of the popular Loppets in Ontario, including the Sounder. We also have the annual Ontario Masters Championships, Canadian Masters Championships, and World Masters. These events, although competitive, are designed for fun and camaraderie. There are always social times, and times to enjoy the company of like-minded skiers.

This year, the Canadian Championships are at the Porcupine Ski Club, in Timmins, Ontario.
In case any GNOAC members would like to take part, here is the information:

We welcome you to the 2020 Masters xc ski championships in Northern Ontario in February. The ski trails at Porcupine Ski Runners are in top condition for the 10km & 20km. events.
