A Wilderness Playground Waiting to Be Explored

Discover our 45 kilometres of trails winding through old-growth forest—on skis, snowshoes, on foot or by bike

Discover Georgian Nordic

Georgian Nordic Outdoor Activity Centre is a charitable organization run by a dedicated group of volunteers. We are outdoor enthusiasts who share a passion for exercise among nature. Through our chosen activities, we are lucky to experience the rugged and beautiful terrain that the Georgian Bay region provides.

With over 45 kilometres of ski, snowshoe, biking and hiking trails, there is something for everyone on our 800-acre property, made up of private and Crown land.

We are both proud of and grateful for the support provided by a regular group of over 60 community volunteers.

2024 marks our 40th anniversary as a club. We have exciting plans to improve our facilities and trails.

All day passes, membership fees and donations go toward keeping our centre open and running.

Welcome, and enjoy the trails!

During the winter, explore our 30 kilometres of groomed trails by cross-country ski, snowshoe or fatbike. You’ll enjoy kilometre after kilometre of frozen lakes, pristine forest and granite cliffs, plus a wide range of terrain, including punchy climbs to get your heart rate up.
